Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Orders go into production immediately, therefore they cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded once the transaction is complete. 

Please carefully review your order, especially monogram lettering before completing your online transaction. Items will be made in order as the initials appear in the shopping cart. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to review the details of an order before it is complete.

Custom products may eligible for a 70% same-method (i.e: cash or credit card) refund in the event that a resolution on replacement product is not made. 

Our pearl and marbleized acrylics are hand poured and can vary slightly in shade and luster. 

Our jewelry, is hand made, our beads can vary slightly in color and our hand stamped metal plates exude hand made qualities. 

Custom made jewelry and wood decor items ship out within two weeks (10 business days) of purchase. We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking numbers are sent directly from shipping party when a shipping label is made.  

Please allow up to 4 weeks for sterling silver jewelry to be made, then shipped.

Non-personalized items may be exchanged for credit. Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred from shipping an item back to Initial Decor. 

Initial Decor will not refund or replace any items damaged by the recipient.
